This is what you can expect if you visit/worship with us at New Sandy Creek:

The focus of our worship at  New Sandy Creek is to honor God and to lift up the name of Jesus. Our intent is to honor Him by preaching, teaching and proclaiming His Word, The Holy Bible.

Our Sunday morning worship services attempt to bring focus to the One we worship.  We believe it is indeed all about Him.  We believe that true worship is so much more than feeling good about ourselves or socializing with others in attendance.  We enter our times of worship anticipating an encounter with the Lord as His Word and His Holy Spirit bring conviction to us about changes that He would make in our lives to ultimately make us more like His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.  There are many who come seeking to know more about what it means to have a personal relationship with our Living Lord; our Lord uses the proclamation of His Word to draw to Himself many who are seeking.

Sunday morning worship times incorporate a blended style of music, combining traditional Gospel hymns with some of the more contemporary praise and worship music.  Led by Associate Pastor Corey Foster, our Praise and Worship team provides special music during the 8:30 service and our Sanctuary Choir presents the special music during the 11:00 service.

Every action taken during our worship services is done with an end result of providing an opportunity for each worshiper to respond as the Holy Spirit leads during a time of invitation.

Wednesday evening activities begin with a Fellowship Meal in the church fellowship hall from 5:45 until 6:30 p.m.  Following the meal, the various groups meet for regular midweek activities.  Infant and toddler care is provided for the youngest children.  Our Christ Kids activities include children from 3 -12 years old.

Weekly Youth meetings are held from 6:30 - 8:00.

Adults meet for weekly Bible Study, and undertake studies such as Revelation and various doctrinal studies under the leadership of Pastor Tim.
